The Racing Track Tack Order Process
Racing Track Tack keeps it simple when it comes to ordering ... The easiest way to order is to shoot us a text or Facebook message with your requirements as we are always on the move. Otherwise, you can give us a call and we can discuss what you are looking for and handle your order over the phone.
There is a 50% non-refundable deposit that is required on all custom work.
From here your new custom products are usually created in a 7 - 10 working day timeframe so you are ensured to get your custom racing track tack as fast as possible. This can be slowed in some cases depending on the complexity of the embroidery that you would like as it can take time to design the embroidery file for stitching.
You can choose to pick up at our Ipswich or Brisbane location if you are local at no extra cost. However, we can also freight nationally by post or courier. You will be notified of the additional expense for this when you place your order so there are no nasty surprises later.
