Racing Track Tack will accept returns from their clients under the following conditions:
All Clearance sales are final, no exceptions.
Every order is a custom handmade order. This means that there may be some discrepancies in the colours on a computer/phone screen and what is sent to you. As everything is handmade, please do not expect mass-produced quality.
Horses are extremely strong animals. If your horse is the reason your gear broke or it is user error, for example - was tied up by the reins and pulled back strongly, something had to break. It’s better for the bridle/reins to break rather than the horse. We cannot take responsibility for this. Although Racing Track Tack gear is strong, horses are extremely strong too. We can always help out with replacement parts and repairs.
All sales are final. Racing Track Tack does not take back, refund or exchange merchandise for change of mind. If Racing Track Tack made any mistake with your order, we are happy to help and take full responsibility.
The customer is responsible for the return shipment of the defective product.
When purchasing a product from Racing Track Tack, you are allowed 7 days from the confirmed delivery date if the equipment doesn’t meet the measurements that you stated, is damaged during shipping or you feel your custom gear is not as described or is defective. Please, return the product immediately, unused, for exchange or refund.
If you received a defective item, Racing Track Tack will exchange it for a new item if it is within 30 days from the date of delivery and if the defect is a result of our manufacturing and is not caused by the user error or horse.
We stress that a full refund can only be given if the product is absolutely clean, unworn, unwashed, unstained, and shows no evidence of misuse.
Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. A return authorization number (RMA#) must be obtained by Racing Track Tack, prior to the return. Merchandise that is shipped back to us without a return authorization number on the outside of the shipping box will not be accepted.
Step by Step Return Procedure
1. Make sure that you are returning the item in original condition and packaging. Once it has been used or is no longer in its original condition, we may not be able to refund or exchange due to user error.
2. Please, send an email to hello@racingtracktack.com with the subject "Product Issue". You must specify what the item is and the reason for return.
3. We will open a case in our system and assign you an RMA# which will be sent to you in a reply email with shipping instructions.
4. Make sure to send the item and label the box with the RMA#.
5. As soon as we receive the package and verify the status of the item returned, we will proceed in the following 24 to 48 hours and grant you a refund as a credit. No cash returns.
6. Your credit store notification will be sent to you over email.
7. The credit granted to you can be used in the next 3 months after the return. If you don’t use the credit in this period of time, it will expire, and you will lose the money.
